Good Morning leaders, readers, and casual observers.
I recently wrote my longest public essay, did a voice recording for it, and then found a way to “condense” it into a 47 page carousel for LinkedIn.
A mentally draining few weeks. Enriching? Sure.
But draining.
And while the effort was worthwhile, I will admit my energy could have been better balanced and spread out.
But, that’s what learning is for.
And also sharing.
I’m sharing this, so that you might at least somewhere in the back of your head keep in mind, that not every move has to be a massive effort. You can get just as far stacking small little moves.
When they pay off, the big efforts pay off. But you still need time to recuperate, and that’s the rub.
So, I’ve set myself a limit. Until November 1st, 2025, I’m not going to write a single essay over 1000 words in the body.
This should help me in developing discernment and brevity.
It should help make my work more accessable.
It should help with pacing and endurance, and maintaining a dandelion state of mind.

The modern wandering mind will appreciate this, and as you said... its a great exercise for you to try and say more with less.
