I’m an avid coffee drinker, and this is my favorite mug.

It wasn’t always my favorite; it’s a recent acquisition (within the past six months), thanks to needing to replace my previous favorite, which met an unfortunate fate on the floor.

I found this one entirely by chance, and as soon as I saw the message, I knew it was exactly the reminder I needed to see each morning.

Growth Takes Time.

Personal or professional it doesn’t matter.

Slow down.

Sip with intentionality.

You will get there.
