Procedure inherently means bureaucratic steps to change the model if and when change is entertained. Process can have improvements asked in. Really important to say why they both are important. And understand the role of each.

Bureaucracy was on my mind when I wrote this. I think its necessary for leaders to step out of the mental bureaucracies they have formed in order to improve themselves, teams, and organizations.
